[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This shot was taken on a recent trip to Club Med in Mauritius, for work purposes unfortunately!

We were just sitting on the beach, doing nothing, when I looked out from underneath my sobrero, and saw this shot present itself.

I didnt take my D80 with me, and took this shot with my (t)rusty old Powershot A75. I still think it came out OK. What do you all think?

No modifications done apart from resizing for site requirements.

Hello Niel,
the colours of your picture are good and i like the title...good job!
Patrick

Hi Neil
Good relaxing scene. Your title fits the subject. I think that the real subject is the two boats and I have done a workshop to illustrate my point. I hope you like my suggestion. However I still like your image. Well done.

work purposes? are you a professional tourist?

lovely image, don't we all dream of just relaxing and fishing a bit in the morning, spending the rest of the afternoon resting in a hamoc and being woken up for a supper by a beautiful young lady...

Maybe just a bit of a tighter crop with a bit cropped away from the top and the bottom... looks like these people have lots of time and then time is standing still for them

Hi Niel
Very nice shot, great colours and DOF!!!
Well done.

Hmmmmm, what pretty blue sky you have! It looks lovely. Maybe pushing in on the little boat would make the picture seem a little less deserted. Otherwise looks great and very inviting!
