The big mosque Hassan 2nd in Casablanca. We couldn't enter the mosque because it was friday, through the week there are guided tours in the mosque - but not on holidays.

We were allowed to view into the mosque - great to be there, it's the third biggest in the world.

You can find interesting things about this mosque via google, i'd rather tell you something about New Years Eve in Morrocco: The people there don't celebrate like we in Europe with fireworks and loads of alcohol; they celebrate it in town in cafés or come together at home. You are not "forced" to have party like in our region - a thing that I hate about holidays like birthday, christmas and all the other things...

When it got dark this day we left casablanca to get to our campingsite where we wanted to celenbrate New Years Eve, before that we went to a big fish market and a vegetables-market to buy something delicius for dinner. We had fresh fish grilled with sharp vegetables and rice with coriander, after that orange fillet flambé. Waited until midnight, no fireworks of course and went into our tents.

PP: a few this and that, saturation increased, contrast increased, colour balance warmer, cropped, small frame

Morocco! Another place I'm fascinated with. I like the dark blue sky. Impressive tower. Nice angle. I like this better than cars. Well done!!

Hi Martin,
Nice work. Nice composition. I like your pp work. It seems to make the tower look like it's glowing for some reason. The vibrant colors are vibrant, but, somehow seem to age the image...hmmm...interesting. Anyhow...good work.
Take care.
Richard
