A very colourful character. His hat is out of this world! Fine details and a well chosen, narrow dof which gives an blurred, yet interesting b/g.
Perhaps a little less central positioning would improve the composition.

It is a nice portrait with a nice blurred BG. Focus and exposure are good. It would have been nice to see him offering the water. Without text it's hard to see what is his work.

da schau einer an - die guten alten Wasserverkäufer gibt's tatsächlich immer noch !?!
Das Bild ist mir gleich ins Auge gestochen, die haben mir in Marocco soooo gut gefallen - aber das ist nun immerhin schon fast 25 Jahre her ...
Da freu' ich mich, dass diese "Sitte" noch Bestand hat.
Ich möchte gerne mal wieder nach Marocco ...
