Great use of lighting, very sharp, and good detail. The compo is great with this young man a little off-center and the cropping of his shoulder at the left is good. I would just suggest maybe putting a note, something about this boy and his life, or about his ethnic group. Just my two cents, excellent shot, TFS!

Excellent portrait shot - lovely colours and great details, and focus is set straight on the eyes (well done to get the catchlights to bring them to life). Superb picture.
