Hi Achim,
A very stunning photo. The trees look so small compared to the huge dune. The S-curve splits the tonality of the shaded and iluminated part of the dune wonderfully. The odd perspective caused by the large dune, the trees and probably the distance is strange and very impressive.
TFS,
Niek

Hello Achim,
I had to study this really hard to understand the l/h side of the curve. Then, it all made sense and what a fantastic shot it turned into!
I like the composition with the sunlit side taking two thirds of the frame and the steeper, shaded side taking one third.
The curve is an unusual and very effective dividing line.
Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Hi Achim,
You must have been at the very edge of the desert to capture this stunning pic.
The contrast between the foreground vegetation and the stunning light across the sand is amazing.
Well seen, well done.

Hello Achim, you have captured quite a strange perspective here;almost as if there are two shots in one.
It is a most unusual scene, but I like it a lot.It is full of contrasts, with the dark and light sides of the dune, and the trees contrasting with the smooth surface of the dune.
Well done.
Tfs, regards Jean.

hello Achim
I think you have captured a wonderful aspect of curve here in this fine POV. I like the strong color tone of the sand dune compared to the green trees and the dark shadow at the left side. Very dramatic effect.

Hi Achim, thats one striking sand dune,I like your split of space within this image, the very small foreground, the slightly larger shaded area to the left, then the huge expanse of the lighter dune area, realy gives impact to this sand dune.I wonder how much time will go by before the trees in the foreground are buried by this dune?

Hallo Achim,
