This photo was taken very early in the morning, the sun just up and shining. This giraffe is probably just awake. Normally not a common sight to see one like this as they are very vulnerable this way. They need some time to get up...like me I guess.
It is definitely rewarding to wake up early!

A precious catch, Edwin. The first thing I noticed was the giraffe, the second was the light in the foreground, and I spent about the same time enjoying these two. :)
