I sincerely hope you are not getting tired of my pictures of the Namibian Desert.

Because, here is another.

Sandwich Harbour, with its very sensitive ecosystem, cannot tolerate continued human activity without collapsing. The Namibian government sees this in a very serious light and have, accordingly, taken the step to not allow anybody into this area without a permit. Further to that, they prohibit vehicles from entering the most sensitive areas. Have to like them for that.

Here is as far as you go with your gasoline guzzler. From here on it is your breakfast that fuels the trip with all its amazing sights.
