Thank you for sharing this photo of your daughter Fidy.
Even using a low-spec camera as you are, I think this shot could have been better managed. This very much feels like a snapshot - a quick photo without much planning or thought to the details.
Photos in direct sunlight can create hazards of light and shadow. As you can see in this shot, much of her face is in shadow; whereas the light on her arm and leg is ok. The light on the water-slide, however, is very strong and it is quite overexposed. A prepared photographer might bring an assistant with a reflector to cast extra light onto the subject, thereby lifting the shadows and allowing less exposure of the surrounding scene.
The composition here is not good. You have placed your daughter in the centre of the frame with a lot of unnecessary space above her and on either side. A tighter crop would be a good idea. You have also cut off the lower part of her right foot - may I ask why?
Finally I think your timing was not the best; her expression and pose seems quite random, as if she was unprepared for the photo you took.
I understand in your intro you say "just snap it." However, TrekLens is a site to learn about photography - so you should expect to receive serious critiques of your work, that will hopefully motivate you to become the best photographer you can be!
Best of luck!
