Excellent!! you really caught the mood well, it looks so ominous...great colour tones and shadows. Makes me think of 'One Flew Over Cuckoo Nest' book (and movie!).

Psychiatric: Dark side of man - Lovely exposure for that.
Open doors: Are the people healed now, or are the doors waiting to be shut on the next patient.
Hope: The light at the end of the tunnel.

The colour, composition, bright (nearly overexposed areas) versus the dark (nearly underexposed areas) and then the 'burglar proofing', all works so well together to add meaning to the mood of captivety versus freedom, the contrasts of life participating in the struggle for sanity... Very interesting.
