Welcome to TL. Excelent effort for food photography. I tried my hands on the same thing this week and had a struggle with the lighting - it is not as easy as one would think.

Perfect angle of view and great composition and cropping. BG-colour not to my liking though, further the contrast and softfocus (created by the shallow DOF) is also a bit distracting. Over and above that, you did good.
