| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Hi
I am new at the game of modeling. Would have to go on a course. (not easy for a beginner to try and pose people) I tried different stances with this couple and came up with this one as one of the better ones.
What do you suggest?

I dunno ... I think it's good.
It depends I guess on whether you want to tell a story in your photograph, or present something slightly off-beat and obscure. You have acheived the latter, to me.
I guess if there's one thing that bothers me, it's her arm (the one crossing the gap between them.) Doesn't quite look right, there. Colours, light and subject all good - though the horizon should be level!

Rew
Hi Clint,
Rew *caught* you eh? lol.
Your DOF is alright and the colors are great. This could use a bit of fill-in flash though, I think. Looking at both of them, I too cant figure out what they are supposed to be doing :).
I too have no idea about this modeling thing but if I was there I would made them sit on the sand, made the guy strum his guitar while the girl giggles like she is greatly enjoying it. Background is of course the nice beach and the deep blue sky. I would have made them remove their sunglasses to create a more relaxed setting.
Cheers,
Allan
Hi Clint. I think it's a nice shot. I like the positioning of the models and the red guitar makes a nice effect with the very blue sky. The main issues I see is that the horizon is not horizontal and the shadows are a bit too dark. Maybe flash or reflector would have helped. Well done though. Ed

Hi Clint,
I like this nice composition with the utilisation of a red guitar that contrast with the background and the nice pose of your model. I not great at portrait so I cannot give you other suggestion but I enjoy looking at this one. Very well done.
