[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi all

I'm back from leave and with it I also bring my new baby the Canon 30D with 17-85 is lense.

Man what a combination. I will still be posting some of the images I shot from the first day I got it. I did some hand held shots that I will be posting that was at 0.4 seconds of peoples faces, and I think it came out sharper that my 350D with the kit lense at 0.005 seconds.

All I can say is, Wow. If ever you want a lense that will work. Get an IS and the 30D makes a huge difference in AF, colours and the contrast is amazing.

Wonderful macro with very lovely colors and detail. The base of the stamen is so "creamy"!

Welcome back! You captured some nice colors here with the 30D. I think you'll continue to like the 30D, it a great camera. I also look forward to seeing some very nice shots from you. You have always did well here but this may put you over the top!
