Jokes.

this will be the last of my first flowers that I am showing off. Took it on the first day along with yesterdays posting, at a nursery close by. Always a good place to start off at.

Heck I need to learn the names of all the plants etc. so I can also post the the full intro's like some of you do. (That is much appreciated by me and sure some of the other members as well, thank you)

Enjoy
Clint

Beautiful detail in the flower. Well focused and good exposure. I personally would have liked to see more blur in the bg.

clint
Very sharp and beautiful colour.
BRAVO !!!!

Hi Clint, thats a colourfula nd vibrant shot that showcases this flower beautifully in a macro. The changing hues of the flower have cbeen captured nicely with god composition, dof and pov.

Very good details and colors Clint! We call this flower "Gumamela". This is also known as Hibiscus or Rosemallow. TFS

Hi Clint
Very good macro. Good detail and sharpness. Nice background. Well done.

Hi Clint, you have a Hibiscus flower here. I agree with the comments above - well focused and good exposure / very sharp and beautiful colour / etc.
But here is a friendly tip from me for a flower posting:
Leave space in front, where the flower is looking (and yours is looking to the left) This pic could be cropped closely on the right but there should be more room on the left for the flower 'to move into'.
I also go to garden centres to practice on flowers too... No one has pulled me up yet for it!
And another tip:
I often will take a pic of the plant name so I can remember it.
Cheers
Janice

Hi Clint,
Mooie compositie.

Groet uit Holland,
Anneke

pfff... zit ik alweer zonder :)
ok die komt straks jouw kant op!
