This bell is a prominent feature of the Dutch Reformed Church in Brandvlei - a tiny Karoo-dorpie (village).
With a 10am temperature of 38 degrees celcius, the blue sky formed a striking background to the historic bell. |

Excellent POV. Strong rhythms provided by the implied symmetry of the trusses. The blue blocks provide a complementary set of offset elements. Exposure handled very well, good detail and tonal range. A very arty shot. Well done!
