| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Jesse loves the camera, and the camera loves him. Always willing to pose for the camera, always willing to try something new, always knows how to make direct eye contact with the camera.
This is the last in the current monochrome series of experiments.
Hope you enjoy this one too.
Feel free to drop a note or a critique, even if you don't have smileys.

I really like the look and the mood of this photo Jaco. It's well framed and the mono works. Appears to be a slight focus difference between his eyes. Great shot all around....

This is the one that I asked for some time back - a serious portrait of the young super-hero.
I DO like the pose and 'the look' and this shot belongs in a presentation portfolio for the child movie star.
Would be even better if it were sharp all over.
Tell me - did you frame this up as is in camera? You were 'in yer face' with the lens? If so - that's where the problem lies.
All lovely save for the lack of sharpness - and this boy doesn't need soft focus ;)
Great portrait Jaco, really nicely done.
He has a very peaceful and casual smile.
His big eyes are a beautiful attribute to the shot.
As for the lighting, I think it works wonders on that shadow beneath his face, looks really nice!
Biance.
The expression tells the story... Now we need a light from the left side
