[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is only my second foray into the Macro World!
We had a lovely Sunday brunch with the whole family gathered round the table. It was a hot day, so Mom decided to make it a "cool" meal, with salads and cold meats and cheeses.
I was walking around taking "happy snaps" of everyone, when I walked past the food table and decided the fruit platter looked good enough to photograph(and eat!).
I played around with the colours and sharpness in PhotoShop a bit, but in the end I decided to go with the original shot.
What do you all think?

A very interesting picture. Good macro work, focus. Maybe try getting a really shallow depth of field like the "pro" macro guys do. Always looks interesting. Otherwise great pic, I really like it.

Hi Niel, my macro's are not very good with my "new"camera, so that needs a bit of practise.
This fruit platter is what I remember loving so much in S.A. Lovely colour-composition.
Like to take a bite!
