Good morning friends.
A view from out of the Company Garden, in the centre of CapeTown to the flat Table Mountain (el.1000mtrs)
Posted this picture, cos 'Joop' got confused that I called yesterdays picture also Table Mountain, which was more the Devils peak, what is the end of the 'Table' (leftside from this pic.)
On the statue, the famous Dutch Jan van Riebeeck, who was the first Governer from the Western Cape (1652-1663)

Hi there!
A lovely pic of probably South Africa's most famous landmark.
I like the bright colours, and your composition. But I wonder if there's something wrong with my eyes, or if your shot seems a little out of focus?
Nevertheless a nice capture!

I don't see focus-problems in this picture, but I think you needed a lot of compression to stay within the 200 kb limit.

Good view of this iconic landmark, nicely placed in context, which is fairly rare - usually it's about the mountain and nothing more. Here, the light, the layout and the daily life shown in the foreground gives a great sense of how Table Mountain is usually seen!

Gelukkig, die hebben we dan weer wel gezien, maar alleen even in het voorbijgaan.
Die Jan toch, dat was me er één!
Heel mooi die tuinen met als perfekte BG het silhouet van de Table.
