Back to the animals today...
These two baby baboons were sitting in the road in Kruger Park as if wanting to know what the matter was with me for not taking their picture! LOL

Unfortunately I had no choice as far as light was concerned since I had to make do to shoot from the car and therefore used a compulsory flash to counteract the background lighting. However the photo is not perfect for its photographic quality but a fun one that somehow pleases me and I hope you will like it too.

I increased the saturation a little and sharpened a wee bit. More sharpening tended to exaggerate the background which was the tar road. Otherwise the photo is more or less out of camera.

All comments most welcome!

Hi Wia,
It pleases me too ! Very funny to see these two sitting and watching. It is just as if they were playing, and are interrupted shortly by the flash.
Technically it is not too bad at all ! It is a good capture with good colors and exposure.
greetings,
Joop!

I love your description; and like your other picture’s is excellent thanks

Baie mooi die apies. En hulle geniet dit tog so om met mekaar te speel.

It is still a great photo for us who live in different parts of the world. You managed to capture the look in their eyes, the sun shining on their fur. I am also guessing that the flea picking must have been rough on the one sitting on the right, as he or she is showing missing fur.

So funny, that's really great Wia, I think it's so nice.
I went to Kruger in the nineties, such a great place.

Thanks

Cute double portrait of these little monkeys.
I think your shot could use a tad bit of contrast, but you have a good crop and note.
