Hi Allen,
Welcome to treklens! This is a very nice photo to start with. First of all, be sure to take advantage of your limits here - keep photos to 800 pixel length and 200KB file size! There is a nice point of view of this windmill. Good amount of sunlight working in your favour here and the clouds look great! However, I'd find it more effective if the windmill was placed off-centre. Well done and keep posting.

Good POV and the clouds add to the image, I would however tried to go a bit lower to get more of the base in the image.
