[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
We were taken to a corporate team building exercise next to the Vaal River over the weekend.
In my off time I took some pictures next to the river.

These rocks were free standing, and some plant material decided the pools were a great place to start a new colony.

Hey Jacques,
Excellent comp and light, like the foreground textures and colours. Have not been along the Vaal in decades, thanks for sharing.

Awsome. I did not think that you would easily out do yourself with the series of "catching the light" photo's that you publish but I think that you have done just that. L ike the depeath of colour and I like the way the texture of the rock has come through. Great shot !!!

Hi Jacques !
sharp image - good composition and use of wide angle ;-)
Best regards, Daniel
