[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
We were out in Mpumalanga at a friends farm having breakfast on the patio, when along came this dragonfly. However, this dragonfly was flying into things which we found rather strange. It was sad to watch. My dad picked it up and it gripped to his finger for dear life.....or so it seemed. Needless to say this was a magic opportunity for me to grab my camera and capture the moment as these insects are not the easiest to capture by an amateur photographer like myself :-)

I used my 70-300mm lens. Lighting was moderate as the day was slightly greyish. No cropping involved.

Any advice on how I could have improved on this would be most welcome :-)

Fantastic shot, brilliant sharpness, a real good motive a very good job, not easy but you have managed it. If there is something to say, it could need a litle more light, but that fact dosent change my opinion, great job.
