Another shot of Tuti Island, situated at the confluence of the Nile in the middle of Khartoum.

It looks incredibly dry, but actually the water level is at a high level because the island is in the middle of the Nile. If looking carefully you can see the little green popping up in between the dry ground.

Hi Dennis,
A fine composition. It's hard to get an interesting picture of such a piece of land, but you managed it well. Good lead-in lines and fine contrasting colours of green and blue. A job well done.

Beautiful visual, this picture reminds me of my trips to the interior where they cultivate the earth, and they make a similar work to this with machines for the next crop harvest. It is only colors brown and green of the fields. Well done!

Nice exposure here Dennis, the squares are well spotted and i like the composition, especially that you've got the mound of grass running all the way up the left hand 3rd of the frame, nice and sharp also. Good work mate!
