[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
My final contribution for the February/March scavenger hunt, for the "puns" category.

This was a real challenge for me, as I had to use existing photos I'd taken within the time frame, and couldn't take any new ones (battery charger problem). I used a beer bottle from my "repetition" photo (taken on 15/2/06) - some might consider beer to be a tonic! - and combined it with one of my cat (taken on 14/2/06), not taken for this purpose - otherwise I'd have tried to get a photo of the cat looking a bit less energetic!

Post processing: I erased all the background from around the bottle, opened up the cat photo, resized it, resized the bottle to an appropriate size, then pasted it in. I also selected the area on the cat photo near the base of the bottle and darkened it, to try and make the bottle fit in a bit better. The perspective and lighting in the two pictures was very different, but hopefully not too blatantly so.

Added note (18 March) - Thanks to bebu for a very entertaining workshop, it's well worth taking a look!

This describes how I'm feeling right now - although I'm having caffeine to get me going! You've done a lot of work with your PP to get this result and it's turned out well. Good to have chosed a cat pic without shadows, which can complicate matters.
