A couple of flowers of a wild Pelargonium, for the "Pink" category of the scavenger hunt.
I thought I'd try something different with the framing - opinions welcome!
Post processing: cropped, resized, sharpened, created frame. Frame made from a cropped section of a different photo which had the wood in it, copied and duplicated (flipping alternate pieces for smoother joins) to make a strip long enough for each side of the frame, pasted the strips, trimmed the corners at an angle, merged the for edges onto one layer, then used Alien Skin inner bevel filter to create the 3D effect. |

Hi Kate, Nice flower shot, clear and soft. Good entry for Pink hunt. The frame is too overpowering and takes away, IMO. Could try darkening the background a bit. Otherwise, nicely done and TFS,
Sam
