[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The original photo here turned out fairly bland - the camera compensating for the darkness of the clouds and producing a balanced product in terms of light, but losing the threatening feel of the storm moving in. I adjusted the light separately for the clouds and the foreground (working on two levels in photoshop, then merging), and then ran this through neat image, pushing the limits, to try and create a soft, almost painting like feel in the foreground.

Stunning cloud formation you have managed to capture, so alive. The fore ground for me is a little dark but still, overall a wondering capture, welldone.

your note does you justice..what you said you did ..did indeed come to fruit
a really good eye catching landscape and skyscape well combined in a truly artistic fashion
the frame is fine but the blue line is a bit intrusive...
well handled throughout

I really like the dark of the clouds and the almost dark of the ground..
it made a strong image and fine details on the road.. the way drives our eyes to a dark point on the image.. "cool" :)
