What a pity! They are remarquable, and this one strikes me because of the very moment you was able to capture the lazy moving of the lioness.

How many miles you taken shot that a dangerous creature.I hope i not mistake, you have a long range lens to take that shot. Never mind..but the important is i like that shot.So clear and sharp. Good timing of lion movement..I love it..

Hi David,

You caught this lioness in a wonderful pose, it is a strange feeling seeing that wildlife roaming free and you kind of imprissoned in a jeep.
The layered land and water works fine as a natural BG.
I wonder if the colours can be a bit deeper - I will try adjust the histogram a bit in a WS.
Sometimes when there is enough light an even faster shutter speed or an EV correction down by 1 stop can also provide you with nice deep colours.
