This Dundee welcomed us passing by Ngorongoro Crater on the way to Serengeti plains. So ugly it is already fascinating.

Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world's greatest natural spectacles, its magical setting and abundant wildlife never fail to enthral visitors. It borders the Serengeti National Park to the north and west. A few hours drive to the east takes you to the town of Arusha which nestles at the foot of Mount Meru, within view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arusha is known as the gateway to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the Northern Parks.

My stars!!! That is one ugly bird! He looks like he is wearing someone's coat!!! This is a very amusing photo, great capture and presentation with crisp image and colors. Well done!

Cripes!! That is one UGLY critter. I guess to another dundee it's very attractive, but I'm just not getting it, here ...

Well photographed though, you were able to get up close and personal - I'm amazed you wanted to - and the sharpness and soft background bokeh are spot-on.
