Hi Constantinos

I'm just about to head off for a hamburger, as it's 7.20 pm here. Good sharpness & lighting. Tfs!

Hi Constantinos,
I remember that Ferran used to have a monday theme with doors. This one reminds me a bit of one of his uploads. The exposure of this photo is superb considering the huge difference between light and dark. No OE spots and all details are perfectly visable. And how about those detials in the really old weathered door..just awesome. Love the overall mood created by the earth tone colors.
TFS,
Niek

Very beautiful and soft image. It looks very inviting. lovely detail as well.

Hi Constantinos,
Very nice presentation for this house and this small door. The textures are so well capture. I like this line of sun that comes in and create nice contrasts. Very well done.
Luc

Good composition, and excellent light balance, not easy to manage. The details are very well captured. Excellent work!

Beautiful composition and warm colors. You can almost feel the coolness of the dwelling and the heat of the sunshine coming in...

you worked well here against light and shade and got a well endowed tonal range which keeps the whole image detailed
a good idea to read left to right...so we are going out..?..:)
i do believe i can see detail in the shadows as well..first class
cheers

Hello Constantinos,
Lovely composition with good lighting on the door. Texture and details are quite commendable. Best wishes. Danilo

hi Constantinos,
Splendid photograph as is usual with your postings. The lighting coming through the doorway and the state of the door itself bring valued character.
The various tones in this image have been efficiently captured (exposure-wise).

Well done and best regards, Daniel

Beautiful use of the incoming light! I love it! Excellent exposure, to not let the light overpower the shot!

Hi Constantinos,
I missed your last photos. I was goes away almost all the last week and also met and have a great time with Robert and Martine (perryhooter).

This one is perfect! What beautiful light considering that it is a house dug in the ground! The door is the strong point here. Its textures are awesome. I like much this luminous monochrom. Bravo! Annie

:) Tomorrow

Lovely image Con my friend. Soft colour and excellent textures. I love the door prop but I don't think that door would keep much weather out. TFS,

A man's home is his castle... well, at least the door reminds me of a castle, Κώστα...Difficult light conditions were managed very well. Maybe with HDR techniques you could balance the light a bit more.
Anyway, TFS.

are you sure is the main entrance? It don't look very big or tall at all... :P Excellent POV, I like the soft colours, very earthy and warm. For some reason it remind me of the movie of "Star War"...;-P

Have a great weekend ahead,

Cheers

This one is so well spotted and captured. Love the light coming in through the door. And the colour is what makes this shot a treat to look at.That door is a masterpiece...love the detail. Good shot.

Hi Con,
there is something about this picture that I like but I can not explain. beautiful colours. May be the image is slightly over-exposed?
Cheers,
Sunil

The unmistakably Constantinos' touch..!
I like the way light and shades play together here, in creating contrasts and dynamics in the capture...
Well framed, great point of view!

Wonderful details here Constantinos. I lke the exposure in the sun and shade. This is a winner!

The "high technology" used to build this door impressed me.

This has a biblical feel to it. The wooden door looks so aged and has lots of texture. The light beaming in works well. I love this shot

I chosed today to comment this shot event if i usually like a lot of your pictures with the 'repetition thematic'....
But the concept of a 'simple' door here is one of my favourite. This one opened, with such a light enlightening the piece is really gret! nice soft colours and compo,
Well done!
V.
