Northern Uganda was, untill recently a war zone. The Lord's Resistance Army brought terror and death to the people living here.
Almost 2 years it's 'calm' .People start to pick up their lives, and build their livelyhoods
Even a smile for a 'mzungu' taking yoiur photo is possible now...
