Adwari sub County is one of Lira's subcounties in the heart of a vast area, ubtill recently devastated by war and immense human rights violoations by The LRA of Joseph Kony.
Now the area is in transition from a disaster/relief area to a development area. Gouvernment of Uganda is trying, but is the NGO's where to pull out of Lira, and the rest of northern Uganda, another humanitarian crises is bound to happen.
These are the most vulnerable, the kids. They suffer from child-abduction, child sacrifice ( !!),sexual abuse, hunger, lack of education, everything really.
