This was a night shot with my coolpix camera, handheld. This flower vendor was so insistent that I buy some flowers from him. I took a picture of him instead. It came out blurred and the many lights were distracting. I did a lot of PS to improve the overall impact.

Obviously, I desaturated some parts. This was in the early stages of my addiction to camera. Also the early stages of my experiments with PS.

Nice seing you here Manny. Impressively steddy hand ou got htere. What shutter did you use? I like your composition as a whole. It is a nice potrait of this man, showing his work place and thus giving us some information about him is always a good idea. The desaturaded parts distractes me a litle bit though. I wonder what it woul look like without it?

The title could be "Man at work" that it's a great hit of 80's in Australia.

I like it, alot of colors and well compose.

Well done

Good colours and composition! I like the way you framed it!

Well done

Well well, all the good guys are here! nice to see you here, Manny. a very nice color composition. somehow the seller looks very sad..Starnge and interesting background. Well done, Manuel.

I think TL will be a grat site for PS experiments... Your first is already a nice one! I like very much the colors and the way you desaturate and blur a part of the picture... Well done; Manuel!

The light and colors are very striking on this one, as is the posture of the flower salesman who looks a bit sad (or tired). The desaturated areas are interesting in contrast to the very colorful overall scene. Yes quite some PS, but with a good and creative outcome, I'd say. Good seeing you over here as well, Manny.

Beautiful picture manny !
You always surprise me !
Congratulations !

it is always sweet to see the first steps of such a pro;-))

Very fine photo you took in your "early days" of photography.
The blur may be a little too much - but still a good effect - must try this one day - Thanks for sharing Manuel.

A very colourful and 'dreamy' type of shot, Manuel. The seller definitely looks sad that you didn't buy any flowers. The blurred areas contrast well with the stall. Well done.

I like the outcome, it looks like a fairy tail.

Misty, dreamy feel to this image, Manuel. I like how you desaturated certain parts of the photo and not others. Composition is puzzling, but I like it because of that.

Uau, a sensasional photo all this environment is magnifico and pareçe almost unreal, very worked well, I liked do very resulted final, abraços for you Manuel.

It seems there is a "tunnel" leading to his saddened stature, amidst a colorful and lively surrounding. I am looking at the beginning, formation of your style. Simplicity Thoughtfulness.

Interesting shot!

pic is looking over expose. but good PP job with PS. if original pic was blurred than u done very nice job. congrats

I love this. I like the blurry effect in the background and the wonderful strong, clear colours. The guy looks a bit depressed though. Maybe because you didn't want to buy the flowers. Nice contrast between his expression and the abundance of flowers. A storybook picture.
