Splendid full frame of these birds Eyal.
I love the DOF here, It feels like you are surrounded by them.
Love the various poses they are all in. Great focus
and excellent timing.
I be this would look great in Sepia as well.

Yes a lovely image, with excellent detail, the in flight movement is great. The only criticism and it is minor, it would be nice if you could clone/remove the vertical structure in the centre of the image.
Your photo reminds me a little of Arthur Morris' work, if you get an opportunity have a look at it, he has a website.
Your lens is perfect for this sort of photography.
