Fero, this is a great portrait. I love the tones and the facial expression. Only thing I would do differently is to crop out the other subject. You'll still get most of the face and head-dress without the distraction.

strange i saw a programme on tv last night on himba women where someone went to become one for a month. she was coated in red ochre so it is odd that your photo is brown. i really enjoyed seeing this image.
