i shot this on the way back to Dubai, from Alexandria in the summer break.. was taking the bus to the air port, and it was taking ages to actually move! cuz there was a stupid problem with the lugage, ya whatever
any way i was too bored so started to experiment on the curtain of the window beside me..
i kinda liked the result.. i mean its nothing amazing i know, i just like how the details came out on one area more than the other and the dof, foucous, sharpness and all..
and i love this tone of blue also xD
anyways..
PP:not much done really just sharpened slightly more, and adjusted saturation and contrast levels..
hope u like it, please do let me know what u think, and if u have any suggestions.. |

salam alekum suhailah :)
before we go any further, let me get a few things straight :)
1- this image looks good :)
2- it shows a great deal of improvement on your part :)
-----------------------------
i believe that a photographer's greatest asset is his/her ability to 'observe' :) and when it comes to macro photography, one has to be really up to the mark, because one is very likely to overlook, ignore or simply 'miss' what could otherwise be 'observed' and 'captured' :)
you have shown that you have an observing eye, which is good news :) now the next step is to improve on your observation skills, you can do that by probing things around you, things that are otherwise of lesser importance :)
once you become good at observing things, try to figure out the numerous and 'unique' ways to 'capture' them, i.e. composition :)
i am not an expert on macro photography, but i firmly believe that proper observation is the foundation of good macro photography in particular and photography in general :)
indeed, the blue tones are very punchy :)
have a great day :) salam alekum :)
