This is a part of the beach at Flacq on the eastern coast of Mauritius. Took it from the restaurant of a Club named Flamboyant because the palm tree attracted my attention. It became
a bit dark but the unique trunk structure is still visible. A perfect place to relax and excellent for snorkelling. If a boat takes you out to the edge of the reef the current will drift you effortless across the coral back to this beach. |

Packing my bags allready !
How niceand well presented. The only thing is ..
if you have moved a little more either to the left
or right the position of the palm tree would have been better. Either to the left ot right side of the photo.
Thanks
I like it
Josine
I like the blue of the sky against the very white of the sand. Very tranquil feeling. I'm going with Josie. Haven't been to Mauritius in a while.

Looks like a wonderful place to visit. The tree in the foreground although massive adds to the feeling of being there. Good to see the white ring of surf breaking on the reef offshore. Well composed.
Great shot Thomas!
It is bringing me back some souvenirs (^_^). Nicely thought to add this palm tree. Unusual but it works well here. Well seen.
I will post you a little WS tomorrow on this one !
I thank you for your kind visit and words about my works. It warmed me up and pump me up too. It is much appreciated.
Cheers!
Smily to follow .... in a few days.
