Hi all,
this is on of the first shots I did with tis lens the day I bought it.
This was taken on a busy, almost chaotic part of peterborough. A big road on one side, and shops and a whole load of pedestrians everywhere (can you tell I don't like crowded places yet? :P). Anyways, looking up through the camera's viewfinder I suddenly see a completely different scene. So simple and quiet. A long way from what was going on around me. The only reminder of life around me was the feeling that everyone was watching me take a seemingly random photo at the sky...
PP- Not very much, just cropped slightly, levels, USM and colour temperature correction.
Hope you like it,
Jako
PS- Woo, 1000 points (again...) |

Congratulations on reaching the 1,000 points mark, Jako, I am certain there is more to come. Very nice study of perspective and I like that you made certain that the building did not come of the corners of the picture. Nice light and great sharpness. Well done!

another nice perspective shot!
i like the tilted angle you've chosen for this shot, it enhances the composition.. otherwise it would be a silent photo..
good work :)
