[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I left work a few minutes early today and took the scenic route home. This took me through Fotheringhay (where I used to live) and I stopped at the bridge crossing the river Nene. The geese quickly made for the water when I approached but decided after a few minutes to get back on dry land. Perfect opportunity for a few photos.

The photo was taken in raw and colour adjusted in rawshooter. Frame added in photoshop.

This is great: the animals have a wonderful colour & movement and the DOF is splendid...

Hello Andrei, a great depth of field here, it makes the geese stand proudly out, the textures of the bridge are also a great backdrop. Cheers Gareth
