Hi Karin,

Cool Picture. I can clearly see the ice is melting and is a big issue for the world today. Everything of the picture looks fine to me and Congrats for that.

Well done and TFS.

Cheers,

Nice photo, you can see how the ice is "sweating" in the sun.

Nice blues...

Hi Karin,
Great shot, and to think that this has been here for 1000's of years, the colours and details are great, nice lighting too.

great colours and textures

HI Karin,
you are really lucky to see this beauty with your own eyes. Fantastic world... The blue tones are amazing. The water looks great. Thanks for letting us see this thro' your lens :)

Have a lovely day!
Ioana

wow! so wonderful! what a great job..i've always envied those who can get a decent iceburg shot..kudos to you..colors and comp..perfect...

Hi Karin - A gorgeous close view of the tip of an iceberg (?), something most of us don't get to see in their lifetimes. Beautiful icy shine and array of different blues and textures (water vs. ice vs. sky vs. clouds). How high was it? - Cheers, Cordelia :) :)

Hi Karin,

Good that you added a not about the colour touch ups! Well, it's like my shot on the sandstorm - there will still be people who won't believe you when saying there was no pp done on the colour ;-). Well, I believe you!
Antarctica is not really the place most of us go to for vacation. So tell me, what were you doing there?
It does look like it's melting as you said, but how cold was it? The colours are really marvellous! Great capture! Thanks to the photo team ;-).

Greetings, Dennis

Wow this is postcard material Karin. Not an easy subject to capture but you have lots of detail and superb colour. I would love to see more from Antartica.

Regards Mark :)

Simply stunning! Well done Karin. The colours and textures you have captured in this composition are amazing.

cheers,

This is awesome. I wish I could see icebergs. Very well composed image with good light and natural looking colours. You caught this scene very well and the piece of ice is well exposed and framed. Pictures of Antartica are not many around here so this one is very refreshing to see. I wonder what is like to be in this part of the world. Cold? THanks Karin.

Roberto

Hi Karin!
The grooves are surely captivating but what your shot does to it is just magical! Very nice angle and a perfectly balanced shot with amazing color-tone. Surely a 10 point shot!
Good job!
Congrats and thanks for sharing! :D
Cheers!

Hi Karin,
Very nice exposure, lights and colors. Great details, perfect shot, really a postcard of a travel agency which advertizes a journey to Antarctica. Bravo.
