Your entire collection of Antartica is not only rare, it’s fantastic. You have captured, as again in this photo, the grandeur of the white continent superbly. In a way this image feels hostile and welcoming at the same time. The clouds forming on top of the mountain hints, for me, to volcanoes. Since I love volcanoes so much, I was immediately attracted to this image. The reflections are subtle, but display a complex texture caused by the ice blocks. The overall variation of blacks and whites add tremendous detail, probably because the snowy patches are quite small (And of course a good camera helps! ;-)) And a very nice detail (but it is kind of small to see, so I hope I’m right) is the glacier plunging into sea at the left. Congrats with this one!
