LAPIZ LAZULI ALBATROZ
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Photographing a fast bird on flight, sideways, is not an easy task. While training it, I got this shot but the color of the rock behind wasn't helping. During the fine tuning in photoshop, I had this intense blue playing with curves adjustment.
It is experimental and HPP, therefore, totally out of reality.
Hope you enjoy the result and comment.
Cheers,
Wellington
Wellington |

Ah...I like how you experiment:) Great title, too. The lapis blue is eye-catching for sure, and all the better to see the bird. I like the novelty and the energy. Good work!
Wellington, great shot!
I like the particularity of this composition. Great colors!
Ciao
Silvia
An interesting experiment Wellington. I like the rich blue and how the compositon requires one to look more closely.
Kind regards,
Jim
Hi Wellington, fantastic composition with splendid seagull, great colors, very well done, ciao Silvio
I like your fantasy. It could be a dream vision, and the intense blue indeed looks like lapiz. I also like the texture of the rocks and the small brown fragments. Isn't the bird, in the middle of this enchanting landscape, a cousin of Jonathan Livingston, the mystical gull?
Regards,
Marine
