Welcome to TL.
A shot of the moon at 1/750s isn't going to give sharp details as you've found here - you need a lot longer exposure. The lack of light has also meant that using ISO1600 the picture is going to be filled with noise. Setting the camera on a tripod and aiming for a longer exposure time (1second?) would produce a crisper image.
I'd also suggest including a photographers note to accompany your photo's to give people some idea of how you took the shot or why you choose it.
