Beautiful shot and aptly titled. Mesmerizing shot , indeed. The shot is perfect.
I found it very amazing that you have captured the reflection and not the sun, that makes it more interesting.
However, to suit my taste, I would crop the image a bit. First vertically to bring the reflection in the center. Secondly horizontally crop to remove the disturbed water at the bottom of the image. But remember it is my personal choice, the shot is amazing in itself.
