Hello Baku,
You had an idea with much potential (focussing on a "secundary" aspect of the city in order to convey the feel of the whole city), but unfortunately, your photo fails to render this potential - at least in my opinion.
Firstly, the difficult light conditions don't do justice to your image: the cat (the initial eye-catcher, that has to lead our eyes towards the rest of the picture) is underexposed, whereas the rest of your photo suffers from varying degrees of overexposure. Perhaps you should return to that place at another time of the day, when the shadows and the light are different. I'm quite sure the cat will still be there ;o).
I also think composition could be better: there is too much empty space at the left of the cat. Showing us more of the street would be better, I think.
Finally, the timing isn't great. There is nothing really going on in the street and what's going on (a person walking by) somehow is "crushed" between the wall and the car. I would have waited some seconds, till the man entered the empty zone of the street more to the right part of the photo. He then would pop out better.
To put it briefly, a good idea, but why not return to that place and try a better composition + timing?
Of course, this is only my personal opinion. Feel free to (dis)agree ;o).
TFS & kind regards,
Erik
