I like thisshot a lot, very interesting composition and ppoint of view
Like the lack of sharpness int he background. Eyes are very well captured.
I do non understand philip's comment on the framing, as i don't see any framing ?

Not sure how you achieved blurring everything in the frame except the mirror image, but it is a striking effect. The eyes in the mirror are riveting. Very nice work.
