[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was taken recently during my visit to the water village ("Kampong Ayer"). I was actually in a moving boat myself, passing by when I noticed this family waiting to board the water taxis. I noticed how a father was lending a helping hand to his daughter (presumably) and wanted to catch this moment.

Good shot Dilshan! this is what capturing daily life means.. a closer shot of the people would be nice too... but still this scene works for me... and the crop made your photo look wider... TFS

Bonjour Dilshan.
Une belle image instantanée accompagnée par un commentaire bien en accorde avec la photo.
Bonne journée.
Urs

Hi Dilshan,

You have captured a great daily life scene with nice colors and sharpness!
Ofcourse, your motive is wonderful and you could show it quite well.
The POV is perfect too.

Well done.

best regards,
Paras

Hello Dilshan,
I am always fascinated by houses on stilts. This is a good daily life scene although I keep thinking what happens to these homes during a tropical typhoon. I like the design of the station roof, the image is sharp enough for me to notice the observations you made in your Note. And that is a modern looking water taxi. regards
Danilo

Hi Dilshan,

A very interesting photo indeed, and well captured. Great color and focus. Real-life photos are my favorite.

dear Dilshan Mahdi,
an unique and wonderful picture of colorful village on the water,
fore building looks like a square for people,
also boats are vividly colored, those are impressive,
thank you for your excellent shot,
Akihisa

Hi

Nice wide shot with good exposure, colors and details
The subject which you named the title for is too far here (a better close up would describe your title)

Hi Dilshan,
A very interesting photo. I like the low POV. I notice that they have flower pots in their balconies. Must be really interesting to live on the water. What do you do when a storm comes?

Hi Dilshan. This shot shows the local scenery very well...nice details and tones.

Roger
