and welcome on TL. I like the colours and the composition, silhouettes are wonderful. But next time try to upload a bit bigger image and lose that tag in the corner.

Welcome to TL community. Nice to see your 1st post entry of sunset view. It looks like your basic photography knowledge is good for this silhouette shot.

Is this handheld shot? For 1/13s, it would be good if a tripod is used.

It is IMO a bit underexposed. The composition is fine.
