Im possibly a litle older Bill and the song that comes to my mind is from sound of music. 16 going on 17. Like fruit growing on a tree there is a moment when the fruit is ready to fall right into your hand. Tender and succulent. TFS

You're one good storyteller Bill ,i am falling for this one too . No eye contact here either , i bet you could not get her to look into the lens the whole shoot , well not dramatic yet she has her way to play the game of shyness ( well she is shy obviously... she is what she has to be ) and this is what makes her charming somehow , of the two photos i have seem of her so far.... i prefer the other one though , not that this isn't a nice portrait (of the same good quality ) but please let me see her eyes , well at least some therefore he he i 'll be content with the more eyeful view i get from the previous posting !

Hi Bill,
It is not only her smile ... her eyes too ! even when her eyes are looking an other direction. Her whole (shy) face is "childhood in optima forma". I guess that the photo would be less strong when she had looked straight into the camera.
Great delicate capture and super colors. Good dof too, and a great note.
