[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The annual Water Festival in Cambodia is held at the end of the wet season when the Tonle Sap fills and the current starts to flow back into the Mekong. This major festival is celebrated over several days and dragon boat races are held on the river. In Siem Reap the festival flotilla was led by two young boys in their basket boats. It must be quite an honour for them.
