[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi Folks
Since I was just bored I started playing around with my 100mm macro lens. First taking pictures of different remotes (no you won't see the result) and I finished with this tea cup. In the beginning I was using the available light in the living room but since it is dark in the meanwhile I took out a softbox (pay attention to the reflection; that's where I failed).
So here is the result. PP work was cropping and some change in levels and saturation.
The black background is coming from a T-shirt behind the cup. Oh yeah some of the light under the lid is the reflection from a napkin under the cup.
Hope you like it and thanks for your feedback.
Cheers
David

Again simple composition, but striking photo, it's amazing what we will photograph when we are bored and top marks for improvising background etc.

Hi David,
Very nice color and good use of avalaible ambient lights. Maybe it needs a little bit more cropping on the top. Excellent work anyway.

werkt blijkbaar evengoed !
