I'm just back from the city... and have a little headache. People are out on the street to celebrate the last day of the 14 day new year celebration. Last Saturday we bought an electrical tricycle and we drove down to watch the fireworks, wich is still going on.
Now it would be great to live in a tall building so you can see the fireworks all over the city. My result is not stunning since there is not enough open space in the center of the city.
Anyway it was nice to watch and if you think you have seen great fireworks wait till you have seen fireworks in China ;) The inventors and the masters!

Cheers

David

mooi in beeld gebracht!

Nice capture of the firework explosion - sharp and bright. Was this really a 5 second exposure? I'm not sure about the white border though, but then again everyone has their own views on borders :-)
Thanks for sharing

hi David

How nice to see fireworks for the festive day! I saw fireworks in Kuching for this night but not shooting any of them. Also tried the lunar eclipse upto 1am and it was still a round moon! Hope you have a good festival this year in China.

tfs, bill

" Not stunning " ...
sorry dat we van mening verschillen maar,
'k vind dit toch wel geslaagd David ! :-)

" Categories : Daily Life " hihi ...
